In this way just u can hide single file by changing its format to an unknown format.
First go to folder option,
then go view tab
then click hide extension for known types. means if there is click in this box u have to unclik it
Then u will see all files has a extension. like .exe,.rar etc.
Just use have to change those extension in a unknown like .ff,.ll etc.
then the file can’t be run.
Just u will able change the file to rename it in correct extension.
